At TG Clothing Co. LLC, the safety of your baby and family is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that all baby and nursing products we offer meet applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Our Commitment

We take product safety seriously. All baby and nursing supplies sold through TG Clothing Co. LLC are evaluated against the following standards and regulations:

• Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) — We work to ensure our baby products comply with CPSIA requirements, including applicable lead content limits, phthalate restrictions, and flammability standards.
• CPSC Children's Product Certificate (CPC) — Where required, we seek Children's Product Certificates based on third-party testing by CPSC-accredited laboratories.
• ASTM International Standards — We reference applicable ASTM standards for infant and children's products, including but not limited to nursing pillows, baby apparel, and accessories.
• Choking Hazard Warnings — Products with small parts or applicable choking hazard risks are labeled accordingly in compliance with federal requirements.
• California Proposition 65 — We are aware of Proposition 65 requirements for products sold to California residents and work to ensure appropriate disclosures are made where applicable.

Nursing & Maternity Products

Our maternity and nursing apparel is sourced with care and designed to meet the comfort and safety needs of expecting and nursing mothers. All garments are reviewed for material safety and quality before being made available in our store.

Baby Products

We are actively working to ensure all baby products in our catalog — including nursing pillows, baby apparel, bodysuits, sleepwear, and accessories — meet applicable CPSC and ASTM safety standards. Products that do not yet have verified compliance documentation may be temporarily unavailable while we complete our review process.

Product Recalls

We monitor product recall notices issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and other relevant authorities. If a product we have sold is subject to a recall, we will remove it from our store immediately and notify affected customers in accordance with applicable law. Supplier Standards

We work with suppliers who are expected to provide accurate product information, safety certifications, and testing documentation. We conduct due diligence on our supply chain to help ensure the products we offer are safe and compliant.
