🗓️ Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original tags
📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@tgclothingcollc.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
